Ph.D. in Global Leadership
As our world becomes more complex and connected, the need for strong leaders has never been greater. Indiana Tech has built a foundation for leadership training through the bachelor’s and master’s degrees in organizational leadership. In fall 2009, the university took that commitment to developing leaders one step further with the debut of the Ph.D. in global leadership.
Global Scope, Individual Perspective
The core curriculum of the Ph.D. program will develop a deeper understanding of what leadership means in the global environment. Each student also will choose a specialty addressing his or her own goals:
- Organizational management, for those aspiring to leadership roles in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors
- Academic administration, for those seeking leadership roles in higher education
The scholars who complete the Ph.D. program will be at the forefront of complex organizations, guiding them with the global mindset that is vital in the 21st century.
