I wanted to get into a career where I can help people to attain their educational goals. Being an admissions representative at Indiana Tech gives me the perfect opportunity to do that. It is very rewarding and exciting to be a part of the process of students continuing their education to fulfill their goals.

Since opening the Huntington office and classrooms in 2001, I have had the privilege and joy of building relationships with new and current students at Indiana Tech. Being a part Indiana Tech and watching the student, faculty, and staff work together to create a balance in their education has been a delight. Graduation day is a favorite "picture" day of mine!

I play the violin in a church worship team, play computer games, and love spending time with my family.

I am excited to be full-time in Kendallville. I think this is a great opportunity for our northern counties to acquire adult education from an accredited university locally. I look forward to meeting many of you and working with you to achieve your educational goals.

I joined the Indiana Tech family after several years of work within the fields of Community Outreach & Recruitment, Program & Process Management, Student & Workforce Development, and Career & Training Services.

My work in higher education is summed up in the phrase, "Education is for life" ... life change, life improvement, and life learning. Being an admissions representative for Indiana Tech provides a conduit for people who are seeking an opportunity to better themselves through education. I enjoy meeting and counseling with students to help them discover how to pursue their dreams.

I had been working in government for many years before coming to Indiana Tech. To me this was an opportunity of a lifetime. I have always believed in education, and now I have a chance to live that belief. It is so much fun talking to potential students and watching them get excited about how their futures will change with an education. I also enjoy talking to current students about their classes and experiences at Indiana Tech; I get a kick out of watching them grow.

I've spent most of my career selling multi-functional copiers and document management software solutions. I chose to become an admissions representative with Indiana Tech because I wanted to be a positive and fullfilling influence in helping people secure their goals and future.

My hobbies are working out, theatre, reading, music (jazz and gospel), watching basketball, football, golf, baseball, track and field. My interests are teaching my kids and learning from them while sharing time together. I also enjoy church, family, friends, being in social settings, and volunteering.

I recently joined Indiana Tech after 15 years of teaching as an associate faculty member at several different universities in northern Indiana. Indiana Tech is a wonderful place for adult students. I love working with nontraditional students to help them pursue an education that can change and enhance their lives.
