Payment Options

Transferring money overseas doesn't have to be confusing! Here are some simple options for you. Please note that no applications will be processed until the payment has cleared our bank. We appreciate your patience.

PAYMENT BY WIRE TRANSFER (International students) This method of payment is preferred over a payment with a draft for international students. This method of payment can be used for their initial payments before they arrive and for payments for subsequent semesters. To wire funds directly to the account of Indiana Institute of Technology, the student/parent will give their bank the following information (the bank will access a fee to the student/parent for this service):

Name of Bank: Fifth Third Bank
Cincinnati, Ohio
Swift Code (for international wires only): FTBCUS3C
ABA: 042000314
For further credit to: Account Name:   Indiana Institute of Technology
Account Number:   7650270387
The student's name and ID # should be included in the instructions to be sure the funds can be properly credited.

PAYMENT BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER The Indiana Tech Business Office accepts payment by personal check, bank check, or money order. The University does not accept post-dated checks. Checks must have a current date in order to be processed. Checks should be made payable to Indiana Institute of Technology. Checks returned for nonpayment are assessed a $20 return check charge.

PAYMENT BY CASH Payment by cash should never be done by mail; payment by cash will be accepted in person only in Business Office.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD The Indiana Tech Business Office accepts VISA, NOVUS/DISCOVER, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS. There are two options for paying by credit card. Authorization can be given for the University to charge a credit card by calling the Business Office or payments may be made online by going to the University website at www.IndianaTech.edu; choose Online Resources and then Online Payment. Any credit balance that results from a credit card payment will be reversed to that card. No refunds will be made by check, regardless of the time.
