Step 2: Request Transcripts

request transcripts from other institutions. However, many schools charge a fee for transcripts, so you also should check their specific policies regarding transcript requests.
Step 3: Complete Financial Aid Forms
We require two forms for financial assistance. One is the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. You can file it online at www.fafsa.ed.gov request a paper copy from the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid. The second form is the Indiana Tech application for financial aid. Please complete the CPS Institutional Aid application.

Undergraduate students can relax. Only graduate students are required to submit recommendation letters. Complete the "Student Information" section of the
recommendation forms and distribute them to people who know you - your current employer, previous employers, professors, colleagues, community contacts, etc. You'll need three recommendations.
