4+1 MSOL
Qualified undergraduate students can get an early start on a master of science in organizational leadership (MSOL) by enrolling in graduate courses. Indiana Tech’s 4+1 MSOL program allows students to take two graduate level courses as part of their bachelor’s degree program.
Save time
Students in the 4+1 MSOL program can double count up to 6 credits of graduate work. This means that credit for MSOL 5000 Leadership Styles and Development and one of the following courses will count toward both your undergraduate total and your graduate total.
- MBA 5110 Management Information Systems
- MBA 5310: Business Ethics
- MSOL 5400: Building Organizational Excellence
By the time you complete your bachelor’s degree, you will also have completed two of the 12 courses required in the MSOL program. Since Indiana Tech’s graduate courses are offered in an accelerated format, you can complete the rest of the degree in as little as a year.
Save money
If you enroll in the graduate courses listed above while still pursuing your graduate degree, you’ll pay the undergraduate tuition rate for them. Since the courses count toward both degrees, that’s like getting two free graduate courses.
Program requirements
To apply for the 4+1 MSOL program, students must:

Students who are accepted into the 4+1 MSOL program may begin taking graduate courses after they have completed 90 undergraduate credits.
