Organizational Leadership, Bachelor of Science
The organizational leadership program provides you with the leadership competencies needed for management success in a variety of job families and functions.
To fully develop your leadership skills, the program focuses on four key competency areas: operations and administrative competencies; human relations and interpersonal competencies; decision-making and critical thinking competencies; and communication competencies.
Designed for experienced adult learners, this degree helps develop graduates who can see the big picture of their company, relevant to growth, profitability and organizational change, as well as have the ability to understand and interpret the company’s mission and strategic plan. The program helps develop intuitive and informed decision-makers who can then lead others toward the company’s goals.
Graduates of the organizational leadership program will have the leadership skills and knowledge base needed by a multitude of industries and professions. Opportunities for career advancement can be found in all sectors — private, public, and non-profit — where there is a need to fulfill organizational missions and operational goals.
