A doctoral degree is by nature and tradition the highest certificate of membership in the academic community. Achieving the educational pinnacle of a Doctorate will enable you to implement personal and professional opportunities that you once thought to be beyond your reach. I encourage you to embrace a future when you are able to enjoy the prestige of being considered an expert in your field, along with the satisfaction of making your educational dreams a reality. We are excited to greet you as you consider the Indiana Tech Global Leadership Ph.D. program. I both encourage and support your efforts.

At Indiana Tech we feature a program that is designed for student achievement. While maintaining the rigors of a doctoral pursuit, we have developed features that are designed to increase student success. An example of this is the Qualifying Paper process. The Indiana Tech Global Leadership faculty believe that the Qualifying Paper offers you the opportunity to make your own distinctive intellectual contribution while fulfilling the requirements of the program. The qualifying paper is a bridge between coursework and the dissertation. This replaces the traditional oral comprehensive exams in many doctoral programs. This method is used by a number of universities throughout the academic community and the Qualifying Paper can be used as your dissertation topic. When your coursework is completed, you will likely have 20-40% of your dissertation content completed. This is one example of our creative approach in helping you achieve your educational goals.

I invite you to contact us and start the journey of a lifetime.

Regards,

Dr. Ken Rauch
Director of Ph.D. in Global Leadership
