leaders has never been greater. Indiana Tech has built a foundation for
leadership training through the bachelor's and master's degrees in
organizational leadership. The university took that commitment to
developing leaders one step further with the debut of the online Ph.D.
in Global Leadership.
Global scope, individual perspective
The core curriculum of the Ph.D. program will develop a deeper
understanding of what leadership means in the global environment. Each
student also will choose a specialty addressing his or her own goals:

for those aspiring to leadership roles in the for-profit and
not-for-profit sectors.

for those seeking leadership roles in higher education.
