Indiana Tech expanded its facilities in Northwest Indiana in August 2010 with the opening of the Munster location. The site includes an admissions office, four classrooms and a computer lab.

Indiana Tech has offered classes in Northwest Indiana since 2007, first in Merrillville and later in Hammond. The Munster location provides one larger, more accessible site for students in the area.
