Accounting, B.S.
Smart money management is crucial to a successful business. Accountants must ensure that businesses earn and spend money responsibly and ethically amid a complicated web of federal regulations and procedures. For those who love numbers, this is a welcome challenge. Indiana Tech’s accounting program will refine your problem solving skills and develop your understanding of the ethical and professional standards of modern accounting.
Program Description
Our baccalaureate accounting program begins with a solid foundation of business, English, humanities, and social sciences. Upon that foundation we develop a thorough understanding of management accounting. All accounting courses involve careful analysis of case studies and the use of professional level computer applications. The curriculum allows you to explore other subjects that interest you as well. In turn, you receive a diverse education that helps you understand the many different organizations and businesses that will require your accounting skills.
A hallmark of Indiana Tech is our relationship-based education philosophy, ensuring you a high level of student-professor interaction. You’ll get to know your professors personally in our small class sizes. Since our faculty are professionals with real-world experience, they create an environment that develops the practical experience and skills you’ll need to be a leader in the business world.

- management
The Next Step
