8:30 a.m.- 4 p.m.	On Campus Student Check-In	Andorfer Commons	Any student living on campus will need to check-in at the Andorfer Commons’ concessions stand to sign housing paperwork, receive their room key, and to find out their orientation group assignment. Commuter students will check in at 4:00 p.m.
10 a.m.- 1 p.m.	Move-In Oasis	Andorfer Commons	Banks and other local organizations will be available to answer questions regarding their services.
10 a.m.- 1 p.m.	Parent Lounge	Move-In Oasis	Parents - need to take a break from your chaos of the day? Come take a breather and relax in the Move-In Oasis!
11:30 a.m.– 1 p.m.	Lunch	Andorfer Commons Cafeteria	Lunch will be provided to all students and their families. Take a break from moving and fill up your stomachs.
1 p.m.- 2 p.m.	Parent Session	Move-In Oasis	Parents - don’t miss out on this great session about being the parent of a college student.
4:15 p.m.– 5 p.m.	Commuter Check–In	Andorfer Commons	Any commuter student will need to come check-in at Andorfer Commons. Commuter students will want to receive their orientation group assignment prior to the welcome at 5 p.m.
5 p.m.- 5:15 p.m.	Welcome	L3 Amphitheater/ Scully Square	Students will be addressed by the president of the University and divided into their orientation groups. (Please note you will be with your group throughout the next two days, so it is very important that you are in attendance!)
5:15 p.m.– 5:45 p.m.	Meet Your Orientation Leader	L3 Amphitheater/ Scully Square	Students will be meeting their orientation leaders. The leaders will discuss the schedule for the next two days and give specifics on time and location for events.
5:45 p.m.- 8 p.m.	Welcome Luau Party	Scully Square	Stick around as we kick off Welcome Week with a bang! Join us in Scully Square for a flood of Luau festivities; food, tropical punches, steel drum band, and much more!

10:30 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.	"PLAYFAIR"	Warrior Baseball Field	A dynamic team-building interactive experience that introduces you to Indiana Tech. It's fun, it’s exciting, it’s intense, and it's the perfect start to your college career!
11:30 a.m.- 1 p.m.	Taste of Fort Wayne	Scully Square	Join us in Scully Square for this once in a lifetime opportunity to sample the best cuisine that Fort Wayne has to offer! Local restaurants will be on our campus to give you a little taste of their fine fare.
1 p.m.– 3 p.m.	Meeting with Colleges	Cunningham, Zollner, and Theater	Students will be required to meet up with the faculty members within their college to discuss the expectations of their College of Study. 3:30 p.m.- 5 p.m.	English Write-Out Exam	Cunningham	Any student who tested into ENG 1100 will have the opportunity to write into ENG 1250. The write-out opportunity will be held in the Cunningham Business Center, Room 360.
3 p.m.– 6 p.m.	Trolley Tours of Fort Wayne	Pierson	A once in a lifetime opportunity to take a partial tour of Fort Wayne in s sweet vintage trolley! Who doesn’t love a trolley?! (Many of the locations for the Taste of Fort Wayne vendors will be pointed out during the tour)
7 p.m.- 10 p.m.	TinCaps Game	Parkview Field	The first 100 students will receive FREE tickets to see our local minor league baseball team, the Fort Wayne TinCaps, take on the Dayton Dragons! (Trolley transportation will be provided to the stadium beginning at 6:30 p.m. outside of Pierson)
10:30 p.m.– Midnight	Late Night Movie	Maggie O'Connor	Don’t miss this surprise big hit movie that will be playing right here in our Indiana Tech theater! Not only do you get a blockbuster hit, but we will also be serving the most delicious gourmet popcorn that your taste buds have ever came in contact with! Trust me, you do not want to miss out on this event.

10 a.m.- 11 a.m.	Insurance Meeting	Andorfer 205	Any student taking the Indiana Tech insurance can sit in on this informational meeting to learn about all the benefits and procedures associated with the insurance coverage.
11 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.	Career Planning and Development Center Session	Maggie O'Connor Theatre	Do you want a job on campus? The Career Planning and Development Center has all the answers you need! Join them for this informational session regarding the steps that need to be completed for on-campus employment.
11:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.	Commuter Pizza Party	Andorfer Commons, 207 & 206	Not living on campus? That is no reason to not get involved! Come to the Andorfer Conference rooms to eat FREE pizza and learn how commuter students can get involved!
1:30 p.m.– 2:30 p.m.	"Maximus Mingo Mingle"	Scully Square	Bring your team and play along. You get to meet our mascot Maximus and play for pizza. We hope you like pie!
2:30 p.m.- 3:30 p.m.	"Occupy Tech"	Between Schaefer and Uytengsu	Various student service departments and organizations will be taking over the lawn at Indiana Tech.
3:30 p.m.– 5 p.m.	"How Sweet It Is: The Start Of A New Year"	Recreation Center (Andorfer Commons)	It's like the cherry on top of your banana split – enjoy ice cream as a culmination of your time during orientation. Dessert before dinner? Oh yeah.
7 p.m.	Residents Hall Meeting	All Residence Halls	This is a mandatory meeting for all students living on campus. Each Resident Assistant will hold a meeting to go over rules and regulations regarding dorm life.

Noon- 12:30 p.m.	Career Planning and Development Center Session	Maggie O'Connor Theatre	Did you miss the first informational meeting? Never fear, the Career Center is here for you. The Career Center has all the answers you need to gain that on campus job. Join them for this informational session regarding the steps that need to be completed for on-campus employment.
