K-6 Elementary Education, Bachelor of Science
Indiana Tech’s elementary education program is unique in many ways. First of all, the practical hands-on model of learning is stressed in much of your coursework. We believe that practicum experiences in the elementary education setting of public or private schools helps you develop important skill sets. Secondly, our students experience a curriculum strong in technology, instructional methodology, classroom management, motivational strategies, and diversity. Finally and possibly most importantly, the elementary education program offers the chance to become part of a team of students working toward the same goal of making an impact in children’s lives.
