Business Administration - HR, Bachelor of Science

The human resources (HR) concentration is ideal for business professionals who love working with people. Effective HR professionals keep their hands on the pulse of their company’s workforce, enabling management to understand what is needed to keep the staff motivated and efficient.

Additionally, HR professionals help fellow employees find the most effective retirement and health care packages for their needs. They also work with administrators to interview new employees and negotiate salaries and benefits.
