Help When You Need It
If you are looking for assistance, our tutoring services are available to you at no cost. Our primary focus is to help those students taking freshmen and sophomore-level courses by providing you with a strong academic foundation to carry throughout the rest of your collegiate career.
If you need assistance in an upper level course (junior or senior-level), our tutoring services are also available to you. This program is funded by the U.S. Department of Education through the TRiO Student Support Services and Title III grants.
Requesting tutoring assistance
Feel free to stop by our office in Cunningham, Room 160, to meet with our Tutoring Coordinator. During your meeting with the Tutoring Coordinator you will identify specific areas in which you need assistance so we can determine the best way to assist you. You will also set up the days and times for your weekly sessions with your peer tutor.
Becoming a peer tutor
If you excel in a particular subject and would like to become a paid peer tutor stop by the second floor of Andorfer Commons, right next to the CPDC, and speak with our Tutoring Coordinator for more information.
