Sure there’s Homecoming — you don’t want to miss that! But catch all the other events throughout the year too. Come to the games and the Orange-outs. And what about the Wine Tasting, the Lighting of the Christmas Tree, Alumni gatherings on campus and around the state? There’s always something fun to do, and your presence adds strength to the impact that events make for the university. Check out the alumni events calendar to see what's coming up.

You can do more than attend; you can lend a hand! Getting things ready for all those events takes a lot of effort. Want to work to launch them? Or do you have an idea to share about the type of event to hold, where to hold it, or how to make it run more smoothly? Let us know!

Our students love to hear from professionals who can offer some guidance about college or career. Are you a résumé expert? Would you like to participate in Mock Interview day? Could a student job shadow you for a day? Check out the Career Center web site and share your wisdom and encouragement.

Are you in the position to offer a position? If you can arrange an internship at your place of employment, we can match up a student to fill it. Your company gets some extra help, and the student gets valuable experience.

If your company, club or organization offers grants to nonprofit organizations or matches gifts that employees make to nonprofits, be sure to let us know how to complete the paperwork for Tech to be considered. You can check our matching gifts page to see if your employer will match your gift.

Add to the prestige of the university! Tell your coworkers, neighbors, family and friends about this great school and its successful graduates! Know a student looking at colleges? Tell them about Tech.

If you know something special about Tech history, a professor or a fellow graduate’s success, share it with us. Your story might lead to an article in the next issue of one of our alumni publications.

Have you seen our beautiful Welcome Center? We have a collection of memorabilia from Tech years gone by. Do you have a yearbook, photo or other memento you’d like to place for alumni and visitors to see?

Like we said, small, private, nonprofit universities like Indiana Tech can always use financial help. When a student calls you during Phone-a-thon, please help with a gift. You can also remember Indiana Tech in your will. Donations of property and scholarship establishment are welcome too.
