A Warrior Christmas poem
Enjoy fun wishes for a fantastic holiday season through this adaptation of “A Visit from St. Nicholas”. This poem has been given a Warrior twist.
Indiana Tech Student Ambassadors pose for a picture with Santa.
‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the halls
Not a Warrior was stirring, not even Dr. Walls.
The finals were done by the students with care,
In hopes that their grades would be easy to bear.
The students all hustled to head to their homes,
While soundings of clock chimes bounced ‘round in their domes.
And tired from studies and loud pounding rap,
They calmed down their brains for a long winter’s nap.
The semester ended, now it’s time for a break...
Not one more paper or lecture could they take.
But as hard as it may seem to students now,
It’s not as bad as slide-rules or as tough as Ben Dow.
So share some memories and enjoy some time off;
Watch Elf, the Grinch or that reindeer named Rudolf.
Now from the Alumni office with all of our might,
“A Warrior Christmas to all, and to all a good night!”
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, Warriors!
