Get to know Coach Lipocky
Lipocky is entering his sixth season at Tech. The Warriors recently enjoyed their most successful season since 2004 and under Coach Lipocky's tenure, there have been 18 NAIA All-American Scholar Athletes. Lipocky has more than 20 years of coaching experience at the club, high school, and collegiate levels. Previously, Lipocky coached at Felician College (Lodi, NJ), Daniel Webster College (Nashua, NH), and SUNYIT (Utica, NY).
Phillips returns to Tech after coaching the Falcons at local Taylor University-Fort Wayne. Phillips, a graduate of Florida State, has extensive experience at the youth, travel and high school coaching ranks. Phillips will be assisting Coach Lipocky and help with the development of the varsity and reserve squads.

Mejia has recently graduated at Indiana Tech with a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and begins her third season as an assistant coach. As an undergraduate student at Indiana Tech she was a four-year lettermen for the Warriors and a two-time NAIA Scholar-Athlete. In addition, Mejia was a WHAC Academic All-Conference athlete. She was also a member of the Indiana Tech women's basketball program. Mejia also coaches at local South Side High School in Fort Wayne. Mejia will be responsible for coaching the women's soccer reserve team.

Garty, a 2012 graduate of Indiana Tech, begins her second season as the graduate assistant coach for the Warriors. She is one of two former Warriors of the Women's Soccer team ever to receive NAIA All-American Scholar Athlete Award twice. In addition, she was a WHAC Academic All-Conference athlete. She will be responsible for assisting with the reserve team and recruiting coordinator.
