An engaging, hands-on experience for middle school students to explore science, engineering, math and technology. This dynamic experience will allow participants to conduct experiments; design, construct and test structures; use computer-aided drawing software; and explore labs on campus.
Camp begins with a Monday, June 15, morning check-in. Parents must come in on first day of drop-off to fill out release forms. Last day will be on June 19.
Campers should be dropped off each day at Zollner Engineering Center on the Fort Wayne Indiana Tech campus, 1600 E. Washington Blvd. Use Entrance 7, which is on the Maumee Avenue side of the campus, just past the wind turbine.
Drop-off time is between 8:15 and 8:30 a.m. Pickup time is at 12:45 p.m.
The cost is $100 per student. Cost includes all project materials, snacks, lunch on campus, an adult sized t-shirt and all camp activities.
