Increasing environmental wellness looks different based on the focus: internal &amp; external. Internal environmental wellness is to value and care for your personal space (i.e. dorm room). To build internal environmental wellness you can switch harsh lightbulbs to a warmer tone, declutter an overstuffed area, or add calming scents. External environmental wellness is to value and care for the planet and nature. Build intellectual wellness can mean attending tutoring, getting an academic accommodation, or attending a workshop. However, intellectual wellness doesn&#8217;t just refer to academics or research. It also includes building hobbies, trying new things, or learning new skills. Signs of positive financial wellness are learning how to manage your money, not living beyond your means, or building good credit.
