Extension Request Form

A student has a maximum of one calendar year from the date of RES8001 completion to successfully defend a Qualifying Paper, and six calendar years from the date of matriculation to successfully defend a Dissertation. In compelling cases where the Qualifying Paper or Dissertation has not been defended within these limits the student may request an extension from the program director.
