Abbott Center renovation to add new campus welcome center

March 5, 2018

Indiana Tech’s Abbott Center, named in honor 1969 alum and former Indiana Tech trustee Steve Abbott, is undergoing a renovation that will update its existing spaces and add a new welcome center for prospective students and other campus visitors.

Dedicated in 2001, the Abbott Center through the years has been home to the president’s office, distance learning, financial aid and the business office, admissions, and the registrar’s office. Upon completion of the renovation, the Abbott Center will house the offices for traditional undergraduate admissions, College of Professional Studies admissions, and student financial services.

The renovation is expected to be complete in September 2018, in time for homecoming Sept. 28-30.

In the mean time, refer to our updated directory of offices and departments showing temporary locations for Admissions and Student Financial Services.
