Indiana Tech adds two new degree programs

Indiana Tech is now offering a Bachelor of Science in health care informatics and information systems through its College of Professional Studies. These two CPS degree programs are being offered entirely online.

A degree in health care informatics will provide students with the knowledge and skills needed in health care information management and analysis, data systems development, data mining and regulatory compliance. These skills can prepare students for positions as a:

  • Health Information Manager
  • Health Information Analyst
  • Data Integrity Analyst
  • Health Data Architect
  • Public Health Information Analyst
  • Quality Improvement Analyst
  • Informatics Researcher

A degree in information systems will provide students with the knowledge and skills needed in computer programming, communications, the Internet, databases and business administration. These skills can prepare students for positions as a:

  • Network Administrator
