Journalism students’ stories provide different perspectives of the Warrior Nation

May 27, 2020

As part of their year-ending final projects for professor Alicia Wireman’s COMM 2450-Writing for Journalism course, Indiana Tech journalism students—Danielle Blagojevic, a senior from North Ridgeville, Ohio; Sydney Caballero, a senior from San Fernando, California; and Nicholas Furnish, a junior from Fort Wayne, Indiana—have written stories about various aspects of life at Indiana Tech.

If you are interested in pursuing a career in broadcasting, visual communication, sports media, social media or public relations, Indiana Tech’s communication degree program can help you perfect your ability to develop and deliver information in a variety of formats to a wide range of audiences. Our students learn from practitioners who work in the field. They are engaged in theory and professional practices, which helps them become familiar with organizations and audiences in various dynamic media professions and complements their participation in university, professional and community activities.
