Every day, Indiana Tech faculty and staff encourage you to Go For IT in pursuit of your goals and dreams. Now, we’re giving you the ideal day to do just that.

No Classes on Wednesdays

That’s right! Indiana Tech is restructuring its traditional academic calendar, beginning in the 2025-26 academic year, for WARRIOR Wednesdays—a free day when you can:

Working on a breadboard
Devote time to a class project
A student meeting with Dr. Stacie Lugar Brettin
Discuss coursework with a professor
A student meeting with an advisor at a career fair
Get career prep in our Career Center
A student talking to an employee at a heavy construction business
Job shadow at a local company
A student working at a zoo internship
Gain work experience at an internship
Students at promenade park
Enjoy me-time with a hike or a book
Business owner speaking to students at a First Fridays presentation

If you are not sure what to do with your day, our faculty and staff are working to create a year-long schedule of multidisciplinary events focused on helping you learn, laugh, be well and grow as a professional.
