Indiana Tech’s Center for Executive Leadership and Entrepreneurship was born from the university’s commitment to continually evolve and develop new programs that will create leaders who will remain relevant, effective and impactful for years to come.
This community service is delivered by Indiana Tech’s College of Business, which has a solid reputation for leadership development, promoting lifelong learning, providing world-class, expert faculty, and preparing students for career success.
Mission
The Center for Executive Leadership and Entrepreneurship was created to accelerate leader development, especially as it relates to succession planning and next-level leadership roles.
Leaders of today need specific development in agility, influence, diversity leadership and innovation to respond in real time to the challenges of the modern business environment. The Center for Executive Leadership and Entrepreneurship partners with employers to upskill their leaders and prepare them for their next role with diverse cohort programs that amplify perspective-building and learning. As a result, participants gain insight that extends beyond their own role, organization and industry.
What We Offer
The Center for Executive Leadership and Entrepreneurship offers a variety of programs that can be customized to meet the specific needs of its partner organizations. Programming is comprised of specialized training that reinforces the three leadership transition points shown below. It can be delivered on the Indiana Tech campus in Fort Wayne or on site.
