It’s summer camp season!

Summer camp season at Indiana Tech begins on June 2 with the Build + Learn Middle School Camp, a hands-on, week-long opportunity for students entering sixth, seventh or eighth grade to explore science, engineering, math and technology. Participants will conduct experiments; design, construct and test structures; use computer-aided drawing software; and explore labs on campus.

It’s one of seven engaging camps Indiana Tech’s STEAM Academy will host this summer at the university’s main campus at 1600 E. Washington Blvd. in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Indiana Tech’s STEAM Academy provides students with innovative youth programming and hands-on learning opportunities that will enhance their academic and creative strengths in science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEAM). Its summer camps and after-school programs are delivered in a fun and immersive environment that cultivates our students’ curiosity in STEAM and prepares them for college, career and life.
