Examine + Explore Science Camp
Dive into hands-on, interactive experiences that will inspire and educate you about the importance of balance in healthy systems at our Examine + Explore Science Camp! This camp is all about getting you excited to explore how biological systems work, by exploring the tiny organisms that shape our world, uncover the mysteries of the human body, and learn how to protect our environment. Don’t miss out on this chance to explore the life sciences in a fun and engaging way!
Day 1: Explore the Balance of Life
Dive into the concept of homeostasis and discover how the microbiomes, human body, and ecosystems work together to maintain stability and health. Learn what keeps these systems balanced and thriving.
Day 2: When Balance is Lost
Investigate what happens when unhealthy or unsustainable behaviors disrupt the harmony of the microbiomes, human body, and ecosystems. Understand the consequences of these disruptions and their far-reaching effects.
Day 3: Restoring Balance
Collaborate with fellow students to identify the problems you’ve studied and develop creative solutions. Work together to restore balance in the microbiomes, human body, and ecosystems, and share your ideas for a healthier future.
