Care Closet
At times, college students may encounter barriers to getting access to necessities. Barriers could be financial, transportation, or societal, among other reasons. The Care Closet aims to reduce those barriers and provide students access to essential hygiene products on campus. Students can take the products they need completely free and without any questions asked. There are two Care Closet locations on campus!
Rec Center
This Care Closet is located in the Rec Center in Andorfer Commons, next to the vending machines. This Care Closet is accessible during Rec Center hours.
Student Affairs
This Care Closet is located in the Student Affairs suite in Andorfer Commons in room 156 outside of Jozy Garrison’s and Res Life’s office. This Closet is accessible Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 when offices are open.
Care Closet’s Impact

Want to donate to the Care Closets?
The Care Closets are stocked 100% by donations. If you’d like to donate items to the Closets please ensure they are new, unopened products. Donations can be coordinated through Jozy Garrison at JAGarrison@indianatech.edu, purchased via the Amazon Wishlist, or dropped off in Andorfer Commons, Student Affairs Suite, Room 156.
